abm's CRISPR Knockout Non-Viral Vectors can be transfected into your cells for high level transient expression. We offer a collection of Knockout Non-Viral Vectors that express sgRNAs targeting any human, mouse, or rat gene for knockout with spCas9. In addition to sgRNA-only vectors, we also offer an All-In-One Non-Viral option, which expresses sgRNA and spCas9 nuclease from the same vector for easy knockout experiments.
