Our Knockout Data Speaks for Itself

Right: ELISA measure of mouse LIF in cell-conditioned medium. Either wild type C26 mouse adenocarcinoma (C26) or CRISPR-derived mutants of these cells lacking the LIF gene (C26LIFKO cell line made by abm) were used to create conditioned medium. The wild type tumor cells secreted substantial levels of LIF into the medium while the knockout cells secreted undetectable or no LIF, an indication of correct CRISPR targeting in the cell line.
