Anti-D Agarose Affinity Gel
Anti-D Tag Agarose Affinity Gel is a sepharose 4B resin that is covalently bound to Anti-D tag antibodies (murine IgG2b monoclonal) by hydrazide linkage. Anti-D Tag Agarose Gel is the ideal tool for purification or immunoprecipitation of D tag fusion proteins.

|Recommended Dilutions||Minimum 1.1 mg of a D tag fusion protein can be eluted per ml of packed resin.|
Stored in 50% glycerol at -20°C for maximum stability. The unopened product is stable for one year when stored properly. After use, the resin should be cleaned thoroughly and kept in Storage Buffer as a 50% suspension for long-term storage. Do not freeze the gel in the absence of glycerol.
