β-Gal Tag Lysate
|L081||100 μg / 100 μl|
|Description||293 cells transfected with β-Gal-tagged fusion constructs, 130 kDa.|
|Lysate Type||Tag Lysate|
|Unit quantity||100 μg / 100 μl|
|What is the buffer component for the cell lysates?|
62.5 mM Tris-HCl 2% SDS 10% Glycerol 50mM DTT 0.01% w/v Bromophenol Blue
|I tried the Tag antibody on the corresponding lysate but do not get any signal on a western blot. Why?|
Ensure the correct secondary antibody was used. Also, to get a good signal, try loading higher amounts of the lysate (such as 20ug) to strengthen the signal.
