Description	The Endothelial Cell Growth Supplement (ECGS), extracted from bovine neural tissue, contains vital growth-promoting factors that support the proliferation of mammalian vascular endothelial cells. ECGS is an effective media supplement that enhances cell growth and proliferation. This product is suitable for cell culture. TM130 is provided as a lyophilized powder derived from a sterile solution containing sodium chloride (NaCl) and streptomycin sulfate.. Optimal Concentration Ranges: For Vascular Endothelial Cells: 75–300 µg/ml For Monoclonal Antibody Production: 25–100 µg/ml

Usage	Dissolve the lyophilized contents in a 0.2 µm filtered balanced salt solution. Gently rotate until fully dissolved. Dilute the reconstituted solution in a 0.2 µm filtered tissue culture medium to achieve the desired concentration.
