Recombinant Protein L
Recombinant Protein L is a cell wall derived protein from Peptostreptococcus magnus that exhibits unique binding properties from a variety of mammalian sources including human, mouse and rat. Recombinant Protein L binds all classes of Ig (IgG, IgM, IgA, IgE and IgD) and has the ability to bind all kappa light chain subgroups with the exception of kappa II and λ subgroups.

Recombinant Protein L can be immobilized onto a solid support such as agarose beads for Ig purification from serum, ascitic fluid, culture supernatants and cell extracts.
Store at -20 °C and avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles. This product will last up to 3 years if stored and handled correctly.
Reconstitute the Recombinant Protein L powder with sterile water to a desired final concentration.
