Description
This kit uses the easiest method for isolation/recovery of DNA samples from agarose gel after electrophoresis in TBE or TAE running buffers. The isolated DNA is of excellent quality for many molecular biology applications, such as PCR, restriction digestion, cloning, and microinjection. This silica spin filter method is the most widely used format in modern molecular biology laboratories. The kit supplies all necessary tubes.
