The silica spin filter method is still the best choice for cleaning up PCR products. The Column-Pure™ PCR Clean-Up Kit can be used for removing PCR primers, enzymes, salts, labels, and buffers. The kit supplies all necessary tubes. By incorporation of the renovated technology into the column, the kit can use smaller volumes of elution buffer if high-concentration PCR products are desired.
