iPSC Factor Proteins
Back One of the major goals of iPSCs research is for disease modeling and
novel therapeutic (clinical) applications. Insertion of any genetic materials into the newly generated
iPSCs other than iPSC factors is a grave concern for accurate disease modeling. Protein-based iPSCs
technology is the only solution to this problem. This method completely eliminates genome manipulation
associated with vector-based iPSC factors. ABM provides both human and mouse recombinant iPSC proteins
in either crude cell lysate or purified protein format. All recombinant proteins have been expressed in
human 293 cells and functionally tested. For maximal success transfecting our iPSC proteins it is recommended
