This construct has AflII and AvrII sites. AflII is a 2 cutter for the vector and AvrII is a single cutter.
AflII will yield 2 bands at ~4.7kb and ~4.1kb.
AvrII will yield a single band at ~8.8kb.
If you cut with both of these enzymes, you may expect ~1.6kb, ~3.1kb, ~4.1kb bands.
