Question
After introducing my over-expression vector/virus into my cell line I did not observe over expression of my gene of interest. What troubleshooting steps do you recommend?

  • Check expression at multiple levels: Confirm expression at the RNA level (e.g., transcript detection) as well as protein level, since post-transcriptional regulation may occur.
