I just bought the pLenti-III-Fluc Lentiviral Vector (cat # LV010146) and I would like to know which cells I should use to transform this plasmid (stable3 cells?) and if there is a specific protocol to produce the viruses.

You can use DH5a to transform this plasmid. It is based in our pLenti-Bi-cistronic lentiviral vector, which is very stable in DH5a cells.
