|Is anyone eligible to join?
The program is open to life science professionals. Residents outside of Canada and the United States are eligible to redeem for e-voucher rewards only, which includes abm Store Credit and travel vouchers.
This program does not extend to distributors or other partners of abm. For a full description of eligible participants, please refer to the terms and conditions.
|How do I join if I already have an account?
If you previously have an account with us, then you are automatically enrolled in abm's Rewards Program. Simply log in and you will be able to access "My Reward Points " from your account dashboard.
|How does earning points on my orders work?
Each time you place an order on your account, you’ll receive up to 1.5 points for every $2 you spend before taxes and shipping. The points earned on your order will be automatically added to your account after payment is completed.
|How do I redeem for a reward?
You can redeem for a reward by logging into your account and accessing “My Reward Points” from your account dashboard. Locate the reward you want and click on the Redeem button.
|How do I apply the free shipping or store credit rewards?
You will receive a unique promo code when you redeem the free shipping or store credit rewards. You can use this promo code at checkout on your next order, and our Customer Service Team will apply the reward when processing your order.
|Do my points expire?
The points you collect are valid for 12 months (365 days) from the date of issue. If you earn or redeem any points during this time, the expiration date of your points automatically extends to another 12 months from the date of activity.
|How do I claim points to my personal account if I order through a purchasing account at my institution?
When purchasing orders are submitted with abm, our customer service representative will award points to the recipient email address listed in the PO. If no recipient email address is provided, you can still claim your points by contacting [email protected] with the order number and email address associated with your abm account.
|Will my points also be transferred if I move to another institution?
