Endothelial Apoptosis Adenovirus
| Cat. No. | G3001 |
| Name | Endothelial Apoptosis Adenovirus |
| Unit | 1.0ml |
| Description |
abm’s Targeted Cell Apoptosis Adenoviruses provide a targeted clean-up step for iPSC workflows, enabling inducible, selective depletion of non-reprogrammed and off-target cells. These recombinant adenoviruses transiently deliver a construct in which a cell type-specific promoter drives expression of an inducible caspase. After transduction, addition of the small molecule Rimiducid (AP1903) or AP20187 activates apoptosis specifically in targeted cell populations, resulting in efficient depletion of residual somatic cells and enrichment of a purified iPSC population. Features:
