Name Human Kidney Organoid Differentiation Media Kit
Description
The Human Kidney Organoid Differentiation Medium Kit supports the efficient and reproducible differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells into 3D kidney organoids containing multiple renal cell populations, including podocyte-like and tubular epithelial cellscharacterized by expression of renal markers including WT1, LTL, EPCAM, and CDH1. These organoids can self-organize into nephron-like renal structures under optimized culture conditions, making them a valuable model for disease research, drug screening, and developmental studies.

This kit is supplied as 5 pre-mixed medium components:

QC

Each lot has been fully tested and optimized for its ability to support in vitro cell culture. The testing parameters include: adherence rate (where applicable), typical morphology, and metabolism of the tested cells. Additionally, the media has been tested for sterility.

Storage Condition Store all components at -20°C for long term storage. Once thawed, media should be stored at 2–8°C and used within 1–2 weeks for optimal performance. Multiple freeze-thaw cycles of the supplements are not recommended.
