    The Luciferase Assay Kit is designed for the accurate and efficient determination of firefly (P. pyralis) luciferase gene (luc) expression mammalian or bacterial cell cultures. It can be used in either low- or high-throughput assays.

    UsageThis product is intended for use in gene expression analysis, including enhancer/promoter analysis, enzymatic screening, and transgene expression analysis.
    Storage Condition

    This product is store at -20°C and is stable for 12 months. It can be temporarily stored at 4°C for 1 week without loss of stability. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles and direct light exposure.
