Description	abm's PriGrow X Series Medium for mammalian cell culture is composed of high-quality, specific formulations for optimal cell growth. The kit contains specialized thawing, plating and maintenance media for hepatocytes as follows: 1.TM0051–T - Hepatocyte Thawing Medium (35 ml) 2.TM0051–P – Hepatocyte Plating Medium (25 ml) 3.TM0051–M – Hepatocyte Maintenance Medium (100 ml) For additional instructions on how to use this kit, please refer to the T0051 datasheet.

QC	Each lot has been fully tested and optimized for its ability to support in vitro cell culture. The testing parameters include: adherence rate (where applicable), typical morphology, and metabolism of the tested cells. Additionally, the media has been tested for sterility, pH, osmolality and endotoxin levels.
Storage Condition	Store kit components at -20°C upon receipt. Protect from light. The complete kit is good to use for up to 6 months at -20°C and 1 month at 4°C.
