B27 Supplement (50X), containing vitamin A, is a serum-free additive formulated to support the growth, survival, and differentiation of neuronal and neural progenitor cells in vitro. It provides a defined mixture of vitamins-including vitamin A-antioxidants, hormones, and other essential nutrients that enhance cell viability and reduce oxidative stress. This supplement is ideal for neurosphere cultures, primary neuronal cultures, stem cell-derived neural differentiation protocols, and a variety of organoid culture systems. |

| Usage |
It is recommended to add B27 Supplement to a neuronal basal medium (e.g., Neuron Basal Medium - A) to achieve a final working concentration of 1X (2% v/v; 1:50 dilution). Alternative concentrations or media formulations may be used depending on experimental needs. |

| Storage Condition | If unopened, keep frozen at−20°C, and protected from light. Once thawed, store at 2–8°C and use within 2 weeks. After addition to media, do not refreeze complete medium, as precipitation may occur. Store at 2–8°C in the dark and use within 2 weeks. |
