Description

Triple CD3/CD28/CD2 co-stimulation for robust primary T cell activation and expansion within 24–48 hours.

 

T Xpan™ Cell Activator (CD3/CD28/CD2) is a high-performance reagent for robust activation and expansion of primary human T cells via simultaneous CD3, CD28, and CD2 stimulation. By mimicking antigen-presenting cell co-stimulation, TM139 promotes rapid T cell clustering, activation, proliferation, and survival while maintaining high viability. Distinct activation morphology is typically observed within 24–48 hours post-stimulation.

TM139 is optimized for T cell expansion workflows, CAR-T research and development, immunotherapy studies, cytokine production assays, and T cell functional analyses.

Usage

Add T Xpan™ Cell Activator (CD3/CD28/CD2) at 2 µl per 1 × 10⁶ cells under standard activation conditions. Primary human T cells are then incubated for 24-48 hours, during which clear T cell clustering and activation morphology is observed, progressing from resting single cells to activated aggregates and clusters.

Optimize conditions based on donor variability and downstream applications.
