|I need to design a QPCR primer to detect the expression level of Cas9 in my target cells, can you please provide the Cas9 sequence info?|
We are unable to supply the full sequence due to propriety reasons. However, we can supply a short ~600-800bp region of the Cas9 sequence for you to design the qPCR primer from. We will be happy to provide this information once an order has been processed.

We are unable to release the sequence of our Cas9 Nickase / Nuclease as it has been codon optimized for expression and this is proprietary information. A vector map can be located however by clicking on the vector name.
