miRNA and UTR Technology

abm offers a variety of expression systems for gene regulation and functional studies:
  1. miRNA: inhibit or over-express any miRNA for studies of post-transcriptional gene regulation in mammalian systems using our ready-to-use viral vectors and packaged viruses, as well as our detection and quantification tools.
  2. UTR Reporters: quantitatively study a specific miRNA's regulation of its target gene using our 3’UTR or 5’UTR platform, all available as a library of premade lentiviral vectors and lentiviruses for any human, mouse or rat gene.
"The lentivirus (Cat. No. iV059988a) I received is working really well with my primary bone marrow stem cells. The transfection rate is nearly 70% in five days. Great product, I would like to continue to using your products."

Wei Guo, University of Maryland, Ccl4 siRNA Lentivirus (Rat), Cat. No. iV059988a

Testimonials

ABM offers an excellent miRNA specific cDNA conversion kit for cheaper than other life science suppliers. The shipped my order quickly and it arrived earlier than expected. I will continue to use ABM for my other research needs.
