Description

PML-/- cells generated using CRISPR/Cas9 human epithelial type 2 (HEp-2) cells. Considered to originate from a human laryngeal carcinoma allow recognition of over 30 different nuclear and cytoplasmic patterns. These cells were used to study the respective roles of PML and SP100 on the course of HSV replication.
