Name Anti-Streptavidin from Streptomyces avidinii Antibody
Unit 100 μg
Clone Monoclonal
Category Monoclonal Antibodies
Gene Name Streptavidin
Application WB,IHC,ELISA,ICC/IF,Flow cyt
Application Info MAbs can be used to localize streptavidin, to amplify signals in immunochemistry, immunohistochemistry, ELISA, flow cytometry and immunoblotting. These mouse anti-streptavidin MAbs applied to the ABC complex, previously bound to the second antibody system allow for further enhancement of signal when anti-mouse antibody conjugate is added. MAbs are effective in immunoadsorbtion procedures of streptavidin - biotinylated protein complexes.
