FLAG-SNAIL Stable Expressing HEK293 Cell Line
|T6290||1x106 cells / 1.0 ml|
|Description||The SNAIL family have been associated with EMT (epithelial-mesenchymal transition) events and tumour progression. FLAG-SNAIL Stable Expressing HEK293 Cell Line was developed through stable transfection with the flag-tagged full-length AJUBA cDNA in the pcDNA3.1 vector into HEK293 cells. The transfected cells were selected with G418. The cells may be used to further study SNAIL and its association with tumor development and progression.|
