Specifications

DescriptionLatency-associated nuclear antigen or LANA is protein which is essential for establishing and maintaining a successful latency in infected cells. The LANA-expressing BJAB stable cell line (BJAB-L-YFP) is established via infection with lentiviral particles carrying pLVxAcYFP-C1-LANA-Flag. This cell line alongside with the Wildtype BJAB stable cell line (BJAB-YFP) (available from abm; Cat. No. T6319) may be used to study LANA and its function.
