Description	Both Eotaxin-2/CCL24 and Eotaxin-3/CCL26 are CC chemokines and functional ligands for CC chemokine receptor 3 (CCR3), which is preferentially expressed on eosinophils. Only 34% of the amino acids in Eotaxin-2/CCL24 and Eotaxin-3/CCL26 are identical, but these two chemokines have a common characteristic feature in terms of chemotaxis for eosinophils via the CCR3.

	What is the shelf life and storage condition of this product?
	The lyophilized protein is stable for at least one year from date of receipt at -70°C. Upon reconstitution, this cytokine can be stored in working aliquots at 2° - 8°C for one month, or at -20°C for six months, with a carrier protein without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
